Annina is a Senior Consultant specializing in recruitment, assessments, and outplacement. She holds a Master’s degree in General and Adult Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Before joining MPS, Annina worked for several years in HR and recruitment within the professional services industry and as a consultant in recruitment and direct search. Her background spans various industries, including finance, energy, process industries, IT and the public sector. Annina has also gained experience in HRD, employer branding, and 360 performance reviews.

Building confidential, long-term relationships with clients is a priority for Annina. She consistently approaches each assignment with a focus on the client's business objectives and strategic vision.

In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, sports, art, and spending time with family and friends.
