Carita is part of the talent attraction team and works as a visual talent attraction specialist. Carita's main work is aiding consultants in finding the most suitable applicants to recruitments and taking care of all the visual material a recruitment requires. She also consults on recruitment media solutions.

Before joining MPS, Carita worked as a copy-text producer in an online store and as a copywriter in retail.

She holds a Master’s Degree in English translation and terminology. On her time off, Carita loves to ride her road and gravel bikes, knit and relax in her tiny but lovely city garden.
