Marika Alakare

Consultant (Parental Leave)

Marika holds a MSc in Occupational Psychology and BSc in Psychology from two universities in London, UK. At MPS she works as a Consultant in the assessment and recruitment business areas.

Prior to joining MPS Marika has worked several years within consulting, recruitment, executive search, assessments and learning & development in various sectors, and has gained international experience working in the UK, UAE & Australia. Having been living abroad for 13 years Marika is familiar with diverse and cross-cultural global working environments.

In her free time Marika enjoys the outdoors, travel and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
