Noora Welling

Senior Consultant, Psychologist

Noora works at MPS as a senior consultant specializing in personnel assessment, career coaching & change management, and recruitment. Prior to joining MPS, Noora has worked as a personnel assessment consultant and as a psychologist in clinical settings. She holds a master's degree in psychology, which she has further enhanced in recent years by completing specialization studies in career guidance at the University of Eastern Finland.

In her free time, Noora enjoys various activities including jogging, fitness boxing and gardening.
