Sini Ojala

Business Development Manager, Senior Consultant. Psychologist, M.Sc. (Econ.)

Sini is a licensed psychologist and an experienced assessment professional. She acts as the Business Development Manager of MPS Assessments, striving to continuously develop our customer solutions and services.

Sini is passionate about facilitating organizational and individual well-being through evidence-based assessment solutions. Her expertise includes assessments ranging from specialist to managerial positions; international experience and skills; and a multidisciplinary understanding of the interplay between individuals, teams, and organizations. She also provides training, career coaching, and outplacement services.

Sini holds two Master's degrees: one in Psychology from the University of Helsinki, and one in Economics from the Aalto University School of Business, with a focus on Organizations and Management. She is currently enrolled in an academic post-graduate professional specialization program in Work and Organizational Psychology.
