Terhi holds a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology from University of Helsinki. At MPS she works as a senior consultant in the Recruitment, Assessment and Outplacement service areas.

Terhi has been working in the field of HRD consulting for more than 15 years. She has extensive experience in Coaching, Organizational and Leadership development and Research.

In her free time Terhi enjoys reading, nature and arts.
