Anna Heiliö

Managing Director, MPS Prewise

Anna serves as Managing Director with MPS Prewise Oy, leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals in our competence development business, with services focused on building a shared culture of competence and continuous learning.

The team supports our customers with people analytics and HRD, promotes organisational learning and growth with competence development services from coaching and mentoring to learning design and digital learning technology, and supports strategy processes and other renewal and change programs with team engagement tools and digital facilitation.

Anna works closely with our customers providing learning and development consultancy and ensuring the co-creation of engaging and effective solutions with a smooth, customer-centric project delivery process.

Anna believes that a lot can be gained where empathy meets technology. Her love for learning, languages and inclusive communication has been further accentuated by her overseas experience and volunteer literacy work in under-served communities. Her happy place is any one of the small rocky islands lying off the coast of Southern Finland.
