Jaana Jaatinen

Managing Partner, Senior Partner

Jaana leads the Executive & Board unit of MPS Enterprises as Managing Partner. Her appointment to the role in August 2024 is a testament to her exceptional growth and expertise at MPS. Since joining MPS in 2007, Jaana has held several roles, including managing MPS's biggest Key Account and spearheading the development of a central Industry Practice. Since 2016, Jaana has focused entirely on executive search, successfully concluding numerous searches for top management and board positions. She is also an active contributor to our global network, Panorama, and has direct international exposure, having lived abroad for 7 years. With a Master's Degree in Psychology, Jaana has developed a deep understanding of human behavior, understanding the success factors in both individual, team and organisational level.
