Jaana Pihlajamäki

Business Development Manager, Senior Consultant, Psychologist

Jaana Pihlajamäki is a psychologist and leads the business area of Outplacement at MPS. She works focusing on Outplacement & Career guidance, Recruitment & Assessment, Organizational research and Leadership development. She has joined MPS in 2011. Jaana develops her competencies further as a post-graduate student specializing in Work and Organization Psychology. She’s also familiar with clinical settings, student selections and working in the industry. On her free-time, Jaana enjoys outdoor activities with her children and dancing Contemporary Jazz & Modern.
