Mika is a Certified Business Coach and holds a Master's Degree in Economics. He works as a Senior Consultant at MPS Oulu and is focused on Search, Recruitment, Assessment and Coaching.

Mika has strong experience from B2B Sales, Sales Management and Marketing. He has worked for 25 years with customers in various industries in Northern Finland.

Mika loves sports. He has played Bandy and Football and coached youngsters and kids in Floorball.
