Minna is a licensed psychologist who works at MPS as a consultant, specializing in personnel assessment, recruitment and outplacement. She has versatile experience working with both public and private sectors, as well as third sector organizations. Before working with careers and organizations, she has worked as a psychologist in educational settings.
