Sani has a Master's Degree in Education. At MPS, Sani works as a Senior Consultant in the Recruitment, Assessment and Outplacement business areas and a team leader. Before joining MPS, Sani has managed projects in the area of organisational research and development. On her spare time she spends time with her family and two dogs.
