Veronika Solovian

Senior Consultant, Psychologist, Business Development Manager (Assessments)

Veronika holds a Master's degree in Psychology, and her focus areas at MPS are assessments, recruitment and outplacement. She has over seven years' experience working with psychological assessments and recruitment, for positions from entry to executive level both in private and public organizations. Before joining MPS, she also worked in market research and management consulting. She also has experience of running her own small family business.

In addition to Finnish, Veronika is a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian. Naturally, she also speaks English. In her free time she enjoys sports and nature.
