The team assists in identifying suitable candidates who meet the criteria and provides expertise on the candidate market situation, substance/specialized skills identification, and candidate discoverability and mobility by industry. We also leverage our growing community of experts, with over 15,000 profiles.

We prioritize quality. Our certified direct search and research consultants ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service, and that the candidate experience is excellent. In suitability assessment, we assess the candidate's suitability for the role's broad challenges, the organization, and its culture. The assessment is conducted by a certified personnel assessment consultant.

We guarantee the success of the direct search. We search for the right candidate until the right person is found or all potential candidates in the specified area for the role have been identified. We renew the selection process under certain conditions at no additional cost if the recommended candidate fails within 6 months of starting the job.
