The strategy workbook can help in finding common ground for questions such as:

  • How can we change our work to line it up with the new direction?
  • What can we do more of? And what less of?
  • What new practices should we incorporate to implement the change?
  • How do we monitor the realization of the change?

The role of a manager or moderator gets easier when all the necessary information is available in one tool and the discussion has a clear frame. There are instructions for each step of the discussion, and they have been timed to fit into the planned total duration. The avatar guides the discussion and ensures a pleasant experience for all, while other visual aspects support your strategy and brand image.

Teams get to process the topic equally, as the progress of the discussion – or the organization in general – does not depend solely on the skills and views of the manager.

The strategy workbook is not a tool to please the management, but it is a tool to meet the needs of the team. The team saves the solutions as a list of actions that are feasible, jointly developed and written in a language understandable to the team.

The organization receives a report on the arrangement of the discussions and is, thus, able to monitor the number of participants and, if necessary, remind managers about arranging the discussion.
