Commenting on her appointment as a career move, Hanna-Maarit said:
“I am really excited to join Edita Publishing and be part of the transformational journey of Nordic Morning Group and Edita.
I am curious by nature and have always been eager to learn more. In my previous work I gained plenty of valuable learnings about leadership, branding and data-driven marketing. In addition, I wanted to broaden my perspective beyond marketing and communications through the Aalto Executive MBA program. I feel that these experiences enable me to utilize lessons learned now in a new business environment at Edita Publishing.
Edita Publishing being a true knowledge company with a mindset for growth and change, caught my interest. The more I came to know the company and its distinctive culture, the more my interest grew. Throughout the recruitment process, I was impressed by the group’s strong value base and how visible their six guiding principles are in everyday work. In every step of the process, we discussed values and cultural fit. Already now, even though I haven’t officially started, I have had such a warm welcome. I look forward to being a part of making a difference in the field of education and legal with Edita Publishing’s professionals.”
